How to choose a tuning file service
Look for a real dump, a real person on the ticket, and a price you can add up before you pay. Skip the USB stick with 4.000 files.

A file service is not a website with a green button. It is a desk that writes a calibration on the dump you send. The difference shows up on Monday when the car is on the ramp and the file does not match the hardware.
What we look at before we write: the ECU family, the tool that read it, the gearbox, and whether the car is still stock. A Stage 1 for a BMW 320d EDC17 is not a Stage 1 for a Golf 2.0 TDI even when the catalogue numbers look close. The file follows the dump, not a brochure horsepower figure.
On the ticket write the year, the engine if you know it, the gearbox, and what is still stock. “Stock intake, stock turbo, stock exhaust, healthy clutch” is useful. “Make it pull” is not. If the car has a known weak point — N47 chain, dual-mass that already rattles, high-mileage DPF — say so. We would rather keep the map calm than chase a number the hardware cannot hold.
Credits are 1 credit = 1 €. Stage 1 is priced by year band (60 / 70 / 80 €). Stage 2 is 100 €. You are paying for a file written on your dump, not for a generic pack that claims the same gain on every car. Targets can be noted, but they are not threats.
How the order works. Free account, credits, original dump on Dropbox, Drive or MEGA. Most stock Stage 1 jobs leave the same working day when the dump is complete and the notes are readable. We do not host the dump on the site. The cloud link is the file.
Common ways people choose the wrong service: buying a “+40 hp” pack from a forum, flashing Stage 2 on stock exhaust, or sending a 200 kb snippet instead of a full dump. The desk cannot write a safe file on half a read. Restricted Drive links turn a same-day job into Thursday.
Circuit and motorsport use only. We do not homologate cars for the public road. The workshop briefs the end driver. Local law stays with you.
After the flash. Use the car. Do not sit at 4.000 rpm in second gear to bed in a remap. That is not a thing. If the first proper pull feels wrong, open the job chat and describe it. Stage 1 is usually one clean file. Stage 2 includes three revisions on the same ticket when the hardware or the brief changes.
Frequently asked questions. How do I choose a file service? Look for a desk that writes on your dump, not a website that sells the same file to every car. What should I put on the ticket? Year, gearbox, and what is still stock or already changed. Why not the cheapest pack? Because a generic “+40 hp” file does not match your hardware or your dump. Is this for the public road? No. Every file is for closed-circuit, private track, off-road and motorsport use only.
