Questions before you pay
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. Basic is 300 EUR once, Full is 500 EUR once. After that you only pay 5 EUR per file exchange.
What is a file exchange?
Each time a dump is sent or a tuned file comes back on that shop.
Do my customers see ChiptuningLab?
The shop carries your name, texts and contact. The host is yourname.chiptuninglab.com.
Who writes the files?
Your engineers, or the lab if you send the job to our queue.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The shop runs on a subdomain. A custom domain is set from the lab desk.
What is the 5 € fee?
One fee per file exchange on the shop. Invoiced the following month.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. Basic or Full is one-time. After that you only pay the per-file fee.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The 24-hour demo is view-only. No live checkout on the demo shop.
