Questions before you pay
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. Basic is 300 EUR once, Full is 500 EUR once. After that you only pay 5 EUR per file exchange from the shop credit balance.
What is a file exchange?
Each time a dump is sent or a tuned file comes back on that shop. One job is typically one fee. Extra attachments on chat can add another 5 EUR. Demo shops are not billed.
Do my customers see ChiptuningLab?
The shop carries your name, texts and contact. The host is yourname.chiptuninglab.com. You choose the engineers who write the maps — we do not write files for white-label shops.
How does the 24-hour demo work?
Enter your email on this page. You get a 24-hour view-only account on the shared demo shop. Every option is visible; nothing can be saved or billed. Existing live accounts cannot be converted to demo.
Can I use my own domain later?
The included host is a subdomain of chiptuninglab.com. Custom domains are a Full conversation after the shop is live — write to us with the domain you want.
Who pays the 5 EUR fee?
The shop owner. Keep credits on the owner account. When a customer on your shop sends a file, 5 EUR leaves that balance. You decide how much to charge the customer.
How fast is a real shop after I pay?
Basic is normally live within two working days. Full is same-day when the owner account already exists. You get the invoice from the lab.
What if I already have a ChiptuningLab login?
Use that email in the form. We attach the shop to the existing account. My shop appears in the header after we switch it on.
