Boost tables assume the wastegate and the N75 still move. A seized actuator needs a workshop, not a fiercer map. Write overboost codes on the ticket before the second flash.

A remap that asks for more boost is asking the wastegate to stay shut a little longer. If the rod is rusty, if the solenoid sticks, the turbo either overshoots or never gets there. The file looks guilty. The door was already jammed.

Scan first. Overboost, underboost, and a duty cycle that sits at the stop are hardware sentences. Put those codes on the ticket with a one-line actuator test if you did one. We would rather send you back to the bench than write a second map on a gate that does not close.

Electronic wastegates on newer petrols have their own calibration. Do not assume a VAG N75 story applies to a BMW with an electric gate. Name the turbo and the gate type if you know them. Stage 2 with a bigger turbo is a different request than Stage 1 on a stock actuator.

Circuit use only. A boost target is not a street paper. Keep the original dump. When the actuator is free again, you still have a stock file to prove the turbo was the patient, not the map.
