The gearbox still decides
DSG and TCU remap file
On the ticket
An engine Stage 1 that the DSG refuses feels like nothing happened. The TCU file is the other half of the same week.
DQ250 is not DQ381. A ZF 8HP is not a Mercedes 9G. Name the box on the ticket and attach the TCU read with the engine dump when you want both.
Launch control, pressure and converter lock sit on the TCU side. They are not a free checkbox inside Stage 1.
If the pack already slips, the file is not the first conversation. Write the flare on the ticket.
Priced on the ticket next to the engine line. 1 credit = 1 €. Circuit and motorsport only.
What you get
- File on the TCU dump you send
- Box family named on the ticket
- Can sit next to an engine Stage 1
What it is not
- Not a clutch replacement
- Not launch control unless you write that line
FAQ
- Do I send two dumps?
- Yes, if you want engine and gearbox in the same week. One ticket, two files, two lines.
